Historic Cocoa Florida a Great Place to Live - 4/17/2009
I wish to thank those who recognized Cocoa, Florida as one of the top ten places to live. As a Resident of Cocoa, for over 30 years, I am glad this city is finally getting the recognition it deserves. With everyones idea of Florida being overcrowded Beaches and strips of Condo's it is nice to see Historic Cocoa with quaint little town of Historic Cocoa Village that is well noted for Day Trips and Art Fairs being recognized. I live in a Historic Home built by a famous Miami Architect in the 1920's, there is a great quality of Life here and low cost of Living. For anyone seeking a quiet, nice town that is affordable and offers a great Cultural Lifestyle, they need to explore the optiions in Cocoa Florida.
