Comparing Sarasota, our new home w/San Cl - 1/24/2023
This was interesting to read, we just moved from LA to Sarasota and really considered moving to San Clemente. The cost of living here of course is a huge plus, the traffic is just nothing compared to LA and yes the thunderstorms are a very "fun" change!

We feel very new here but it's been nice to explore and it feels like a decent small city rather than a bunch of tiny cities that sprawling LA is made up of.

Friendly people and far safer.
