4/23/2017Hi Lisa, you sound similar in personality to me. I just need your advice as to what town to settle on if I relocate there? I will have no more than $150K to buy a house/condo. Is that even possible in a clean, safe, neighborhood? My job will be in Chandler. Thanks for any help you can give me.

4/23/2017Hi Abbie ... thank you for putting my mind at ease. I am considering a relocation and think I have narrowed it down to Tempe; my job will be in Chandler. I think I choose Tempe because I feel that I will have more amenities available to me, as I am single. For instance, if I need a mechanic or access to public transportation. Any advice from what I've told you so far?

4/23/2017Hi Kathy ... thank you for your positive feedback. I have narrowed down Arizona as where I want to relocate to. But, I'm really really petrified of failing! So, I'm trying to map it all out so that I have a good plan. I am coming there to visit in June just to get an idea of how it is there. Hopefully, my job will transfer me and my job will be in Chandler. I just need to know what areas in Tempe that I should not invest if I buy a house or condo. Not only can I not afford to make a financial mistake ... but, I am alone and need to be in a safe as possible environment. Also, will I be able to find housing for $150K or less in a good neighborhood? Thank you!
