Nice but expensive - 9/25/2007
Jackson is a great town. The high school turns out scholars who go to Ivy League Colleges and has a Football team that has gone on to win 4 out of 5 State Championships over the last six years. The people are friendly and there is lots of shopping and ways to entertain yourselves including Six Flags amusement park. The property taxes are extremely high and therefore most people have to commute 3 hours or more a day to the City to earn a living to afford the expenses in this lovely town. Unless you can make a significant living locally it would be best not to come.
