2/22/2016Charles, this is no place for retirees. It is crawling with illegal immigrants. Social services, shopping, public space, recreational activities are completely inaccessible due to the massive influx of illegals. Our property, located in 88005 has become a ghetto filled with knuckle dragging hoodlums screaming about their "rights and entitlements to land they believe is still theirs;" i.e part of Mexico. Unless you enjoy seeing men women (and kids) with "575" tattooed where their eyebrows should be, and who are riddled with obesity and mental illness that's breaking the banks of local hospitals and mental health agencies, I would recommend you stay put, at least until Trump is in the White House and then wait to see if the massive clean up happens here. Otherwise... you'll regret leaving Virginia!
