This area of the country totally sucks. The weather is cloudy most everyday. Winter is cloudy AND windy which makes it miserable.Snow removal is pathetic.I lived in York City for a year & they never plowed the side streets so my car was stuck for 5 days once. When the wind blows from the west you can smell the horrible air from the papermill in Spring Grove. Weather is soooo much nicer out West (cant wait to move there!!). If you're a person who likes the outdoors DONT move here. I hate the east coast!
