11/18/2019You are wrong about KCK. I grew up there (Argentine area), i have lived in Lees Summit, Parkville, Overland Park and Mission. I admit some areas are really bad but there are some that are good and some that are average. Its always a hit and miss with a beautiful and updated home vs a junkie one. Areas like Turner, Piper, Bonner Springs can be more upscale depending on which part of area. Argentine, Edwardsville and Muncie is average, very hit and miss. These towns are far enough away from downtown to feel like a different city. And Rosedale around KU Med area is up and coming with trying to compete with MO side of the KU area.
