10/8/2008I would like to retire to Cumming GA. I am worried about the
reports of drought in this region during the last 2 yrs. How
bad a problem is this? Would I be loosing value in my home because

10/4/2008I have looked on the internet about this area and think it would be a beautiful place to live. I heard that for the last two years
that there has been a draught in this region. How bad is this?
Does it make owning a home there not a good idea because of this
problem. I would very much like to have an answer. Thank you

10/4/2008I want to retire to Sav. I saw property on the internet that was
located on Seiler Ave. near the historic district. I noticed a
train track that runs through very close to this property. Does
anyone know how often this train runs and is it a slow moving train or is the noise leval of the train make this st. not a very
good place to live. I would very much appreciate an answer if someone knows anything about this street. Thank you

9/29/2008Our neighborhood is a small twp. in Northeast Ohio.
We are located about 5 miles from Mentor, Ohio 44060
which is another beautiful place to live.
We are about 6 miles from Lake Erie. We have beautiful
state park's, shopping mall's and close to major freeway's.
The only negative thing I can say about our area is the
winter month's but alot of people like the winter and we
do have small skiing area's. We are also about 35 miles
east of Cleveland, Ohio. Come visit Ohio. There is alot
to do.
