Nice place -
4/22/2022Nice town, quite, huge military community and snowbirds in winter. If you want to live where you can not be mugged and have beautiful views for miles, this is the place.

Really nice town with lots to do -
4/22/2022I've lived her over 20 years and it's a pretty nice place. The main vibe is you feel safe doing this day or night. Most of the neighborhoods are well taken care of, they have good bus routes, lots of parking at colleges, malls, stores. Yes there is some traffic in rush hour, but thats everywhere in the world.
Freeway that goes through town efficient with car pool lanes and new caltrans systems signs with electronic updates.
Seems some crime is up with the many homeless that come from other areas of the country to hang out here which is a complete bummer.
Schools are very good, people are friendly, upbeat area, is a stable community with lots of support and interaction. Lots of artistic things to do, very enriched area with so many great places to eat like no other place.
And if you want to go to the ocean, it is a 40 minute drive, sweet.
