My new home!!! -
9/4/2005We recently purchased a home here and love it. It is close to the beach, has great weather (rarely above 85), and a great community. You could not ask for a better area. Lots of rural outlying areas so there is plenty of open air. California is not ALL cement! Close to Pismo Beach and Oceano so it makes a great vacation spot too.
Santa Maria, CA
Close to Paradise -
9/4/2005Santa Maria is an awesome place to live. It has a small town feel with a lot of the advantages of a big town since it is the shopping center for much of the Cental Coast. Close to beaches, and other outdoor acitivites plus it has just about perfect weather. Average high is 65-75 and average low is 40-60. Really a perfect place to call home. Unfortunately home prices have risen significantly in the past 5 years or so, but worth every penny.
