Resort Views and Lifestyle 35 Min. from Sky Harbor -
8/10/2018If you are looking for a resort like place to live and like being away from big city life but still enjoy being close enough to everything you need this is your place. If views and hiking are your passion as well as wild life then you belong here. If you don't mind driving 30-45 minutes for Tiffany's, Neimans, fine dining (although Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club does have fine dining) then you belong here. Homes in Gold Canyon Range from the High 200,000's to 12 Million. People here are easy going. Love to have fun and tend to enjoy a bit slower pace than the neighboring bedroom communities of Gilbert and far East Mesa. So shopping is only 15 minutes away. Other than Sedona and the Grand Canyon , Gold Canyon, with its Superstition Mountain View is number 3 in the state on views if you love views. Oh and golf is plentiful with a retirement community of Mountain Brook, a resort to visit (Gold Canyon Golf resort) and a private country club (Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club).
