Overrated Except for the Beach -
3/10/2022The area is a bit overrated. The best location is on the beachfront. That is what the area is really known for. Going further away from the beach on streets like Oneawa will put you in sketchy areas. You'll hear dogs barking, fireworks, cursing homeless men, arguments between neighbors, loud playing music from cars that vibrate homes, children screaming, and rude residents in turquoise homes that keep up noise early in the mornings. It turns into an undesirable living experience for visitors and neighbors alike.
