Guerneville, CA

Perspective on Guerneville - 1/22/2008
Guernevill is on the Russian River and is a beautiful place. It is an old resort town and much of the vacancy rate is due to the homes being "second vacation" homes for the owners, not that there is no renters. In fact, it is difficult to find good rentals available so rents are not cheap. The city has become very chic as many artistic types from SF have moved there, bring better restaurants and local music venues. The ocean is just miles away, beautiful and still not over populated. We plan to retire there someday!
