What makes Naples such boring town. -
11/25/2010Eight month ago, I moved out here from Hollywood, Florida, to spend more time with my precious daughter. I've been divorce for 13 years, but I have always been there for her. She is about to graduate from High School and we parents know, how difficult it is to deal with them at that age. To compound the problem, there is absolutely nothing to do in this city but to go to the movies. In the past three weeks, I have seen the movie Wall Street, at least 10 times. Golf? I do not play any golf.Furthermore, it is almost impossible to make any friends. Nobody talks to anybody anymore. Back in the good old days, neighbors knew each other.Kids could play outside safely. If there was a BBQ on a Sunday afternoon, everybody was invited. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. I can't wait for my precious daughter to graduate. I will be out of here the following day.
