Born and raised, (by my Mother & Father), in Summit NJ; unlike some of the people I've had to deal with here, (Medford DMV), to be specific; living inside their skin, (so to speak), or from under a rock, here in Southampton NJ area. Moved out of West Orange NJ some 28 years ago to find a new career in the Navy; I chose a location as far away as possible from NJ, and spent most of my career in the Western and/or Far East part of the world. After I retired from that, I worked as a civilian for various government contractors for 7 years and 4 months, out of a Pacific NW Naval ship-yard; as a Laborer at first and then as General Maintenance Worker for Navy owned Barges. I was terminated from job with last employer, behind sexual harrassment accusation from fat ugly housewife and of course, coworker. Decided to call it quits to living in the Pacific NW with all the hoopala about pending Earthquakes and/or giant Sunami's. Only family I had left was or is in NJ. So like the Beverly Hillbillies, I loaded up the truck and moved back to home state only to become dissappointed and overly depressed with the culture here. What a shock! Most free radio stations still playing music that is 10 and 20 years old and very depressing. Strange to find even the local College radio stations do this, seems like everybody is out-to-lunch, (so to speak). Or on auto-pilot. But that is just one for instance. Then there is/are the Toll Roads; which have been in existance since the beginning of time. Local Cops just want to bury this veteran. I could go on and on about the flaws of NJ compared to the West Coast or Far East for that matter. So I'll leave it there.
