good town -
7/8/2020I grew up in Loda it's a super small town not a lot to do unless you're a farmer or a short order cook the people are generally friendly and we have lots of activities a favorite is the fish fry at the American legion post by the library the town also has a yearly celebration on the weekend of the town's founding it's a fun 2 day event that ends with fireworks and a tractor pull
it's a mostly white area that votes republican if a black person moved in most people would be fine with it there are 2 neighborhoods outside the city limits that's where a lot of families settle since there are amenities and family oriented activities
crime rate is pretty low people don't get away with crimes out here because most have security cameras and watchful neighbors
