Was followed home by somebody with road rage -
7/16/2021I Was followed home by somebody when I honked at them on the road which was very scary.
The people here are very rude and I’ve almost had my car hit plenty of times at Walmart and meijer. I’ll give context to how people are mostly rude.
Service workers such as Arby’s, Walmart, meijer, McDonald’s, etc. they’re all super sweet and helpful. But it’s society as a whole that is not welcoming and actually kind of dangerous.
I can’t go to Walmart without somebody making an “excuse you” or “out of my way” remark even when minding your own business. I was even told by a menards worker that 80% of people in town aren’t vaccinated. Which explains why when I wear a mask to the store people are rude to me.
I’ve been here about 1 week,for every 1 person nice to me (not including service workers) I have 3 not nice to me.
I hope that changes, it could be because it’s the summertime and I’m only experiencing people on vacation.
I would NOT recommend living here willingly but only if you have to
