This place is the worst. - 1/11/2007
I hate Paragould. The job market here is absolutely dreadful. In this town you either have money or you are dirt poor. There is definetly no middle ground. We don't have a good book or music store unless you want to shop at Wal-Mart. Seriously, Wal-Mart dominates everything down here. There is no nightlife at all unless you want to go to a smelly bar. You have to either drive one and a half hours to Memphis, TN or three to Little Rock if you want to see a concert or do anything else cool. The people in this town are doomed to working in factories or going into farming. That is really all there is with a few exceptions. I hate it here and I can't wait to relocate.
