11/21/2008this would be a steal if it were in BOSTON!!!!!! it is not in boston. it is in florida. hence, it is waaaaay over priced. one cannot earn the money that is made in the n.e. come here for 3 months, then purchase a house. not b4 living here.

relocating -
12/29/2006my husband & i r both retired. we currently live in florida. it is becoming too crowded where we r. i would like to investigate other places to live. since we r getting older (64 & 70), we would like to b near a city so we may walk to stores, medical facilities, library, etc. we do not want to have to depend on cars. any thoughts?
