Nothing like it used to be -
12/20/2007I am a fourth generation resident of Westminster. Our town has grown by leaps and bounds as far as population. However, our infrastructure and support systems are poor in comparison to support such growth. With growth has come an increase in crime, drugs, diverse ethnic backgrounds, school overcrowding, violence, and gangs. Quite frankly, I have grown to dislike Westminster with a passion.
