I miss Germantown! -
11/1/2008I recently relocated to the midwest after living in Germantown for five years and I miss it. While it is not an especially lively place to live, it is certainly liveable and convenient to commuting into D.C. The neighborhoods are nicely laid out, the parks are beautiful and there are enough stores and restaurants in the area to make it an enjoyable place to live. I would move back in a heartbeat!

Cincinnati has changed -
11/1/2008After living in Cincinnati for 15 years, I relocated to another state in the late 90s. I recently returned to Cincinnati for a new job. Cincinnati has changed, and not for the better. Downtown is dead, the urban decay along I-75 North leading out of the city is an eyesore and no one seems very cheerful or enthusiastic about living here. After being laid off, I am focusing all energy on getting out of here! I hate this boredom.
P.S. Someone here suggested I am left-leaning politically because I recycle. OMG!
