(Christians Addressing the New Age), Wee-Win Toys (State Director with 32 Sales Associates under her management), a General Manager of a Christian Radio Station (WKSH/Heir Force Ministries), Host of "The Family Watchman" a daily radio program, Member of "The Kids Heir Force" a children's radio program, Public Speaker on various topics, a Worship Leader at her church for 7 years and faithful choir member, and along with 3 other people was instrumental in the start-up of a Christian K-12 school in Milwaukee County (Grace Christian Academy) -- her son was in the first graduating class in 1996.

Today Diana and Ron are the proud Grandparents of three (3) Grandchildren.

Kenosha, Wisconsin -- Not Just a Place to Visit -- - 9/28/2008
In 1998 Kenosha was voted as one of the top places to bring up your family in the Reader's Digest. Located halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee with train services either way makes commuting a breeze. Kenosha is right off the lake and yet within minutes of camping, hiking, trails and shopping!

Kenosha is one of the nation's fastest growing markets. Ideally located between the two large cities (Chicago and Milwaukee) makes commuting a breeze. The housing market is on a constant increase ... condominiums and new construction continues to pave the way! Many new families come to Kenosha from the Illinois area finding a suitable and "quieter" place to live.

Interest rates are holding at the 6% percentile ... even in this "touch market" buyers are continuing to shop ... we've also seen gas prices coming back down! The selection process for homes is intense finding the home "ready to move right into". There are many lenders offering special loan packages including the New FHA201. So, Now is a great time for Homeowners to refinance or Home Buyers to purchase a home. The nicest homes are selling fast and those that are priced even a little too high are stagnating.

Home prices continue their upward trend in the Kenosha market. The median price for an existing single-family home sold in Kenosha County for July was $188,806 The median price for an existing duplex for July was $163,750 and Condominiums at $153,600.
