4/22/2017The time indicated on this site is wrong! It is I've 60 minutes drive to downtown Cincinnati Ohio! That is during off peak hours.

4/22/2017People selected to the board only care about making rules to control the community and spend money like it grows on trees.
Every thing that is approved by the board is over priced spending.
Nothing is done reasonably! The back gate cost over $100k. It is to elaborate for this community.
There is a bar that way built by community funds that is a money pit! The chapel however, was built with private funds! This shows the mind set of the board.
Many people during while boating and beer is slid for carry out right at the marina!
The cost to operate the swimming pool is so high, passes are sold to people outside the community the help with the expensive of operation.
The people thing the community needs to be super secured but, anyone can enter the gate by simple saying they want to look at properties that are for sale!
One home we have seen on Tupelo has been under construction for over 3 years.
Water sits in roadway ditches for weeks after rain and stop signs are installed haphazardly through the the community.
The undeveloped properties are mowed 2 to 3 times a year promoting the hoards of mice and ticks in the area.
