I would never live in Pflugerville -
11/19/2008Well never say "never". Guess where I live? Pflugerville. The neighborhood was quite, the house was large 2400 sq. feet and it had a pretty good size back yard for the 2 shephards. The best perk was that the price was affordable. Small little town that seems to be growing is close to Austin, (10 minutes), Round Rock, (5 minutes) and Georgetown (25-30 minutes). This is a good thing because Pflugerville has limited recreational activities and less nightlife activity. Coming from NYC my biggest drawbacks in moving to Pflugerville have been finding things to do and the lack of cultural diversity compared to NYC. On the plus side, the weather is nice (I like heat), the people are nice and people actually enjoy living. Parks are maintained and lots of health conscious folks.
