I stayed with a friend who lived in Orange City for 2 weeks. She lived in a pretty block house in a pleasant nieghborhood. I really enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful, and we went to the beach about 15 min. away. I am thinking about selling my Ky. home and looking in that area. I like central florida for retirement, Brenda

I agree with you, Joelle. I lived there for 2 years. I bought one of those victorian homes in Woodsdale neighborhood. Great place to raise a family. The people are laid back and friendly. I had a realy good place to eat I could walk to. They don"t call it Victorian Wheeling for nothing! Brenda

crime is low, cost of living is lower than the national average, housing is afordable, and the people are friendly. I find that very important. Brenda
