Right on. We will be moving to Gulf Breeze in the very near future. The best buys for beach area property in the country, and superior schools. Like you were saying, tons of money has been spent on downtown Pensacola over the past 5-10 years and it is vibrant, alive, fun and looks like a clean New Orleans. Not sure where the folks on here are getting their information but if you look up the demographics of the area crime is not an issue at all. Beautiful area, water everywhere, and very friendly people.
