11/17/2013Sorry about your allergies. Once upon a time Arizona was the go to place for people with allergies. Then everyone from all over the country moved here, brought plants that came from their hometown so they could feel more at home, and now we all have allergies. Yes, the traffic here is very congested and no we don't have much mass transit. I live 37 miles from the airport but in the West Valley so I don't expect to see any mass transit here for the next 20 years or so. AZ is too busy putting it all in the areas of the East Valley so those who already live within 5 miles of the city center can use it. DUH! Anyway. Arizona is a lovely place to live. Anywhere you go your allergies will go with you. It's sort of that old saying: "If you have a problem over and over again... it could be you are the problem."

11/17/2013What Tommyrot! Apparently this person is like a story I heard about two men who meet on a hill that is between two different towns. One says to the other... "How are the people in that town?" The other replies: "You will find exactly what you are looking for." I'm guessing this lady has not tried to meet her neighbors or joined any of the groups in town. She thinks people are 'racist' because she is and so it has to be true. If she believes that jobs are given out based on the lowest mentality then it is no wonder she is not getting a job. There are tons of things to do in Surprise if you want to do them. But you can't have the attitude that no one likes you and that people should cater to your whims if you want to be part of a community. Drop the chip off your shoulder, teach your children that there are good things about every place you might live, stop trying to find fault and just spend a little time getting to know people before you decide that our elderly are 'legally blind, cannot drive and that they should drive like the folks in Dallas. (I've lived there for 13 years and it's the wildest place to drive in the USA except for CA freeways) We have a laid back life style here. Not busy enough for you? Then you aren't looking. The Phoenix Metroplex has a lot of offer and it's all just down the road. And.. in conclusion... "You will find exactly what you are looking for..." And by the way.. why are you posting on here under 2 different names? Same picture... different names...
