Great Weather -
9/20/2008I lived in Santa Barbara for 39 years and loved the weather...but I couldn't afford to buy a home there. We began looking in the Ventura/Oxnard area, and we landed in a new community in Oxnard called 'Riverpark'. The weather is identical to SB...average temp is 72 degrees. We're close to the ocean, so we get the benefit of the ocean breeze.
It's kind of boring looking at the weather.com page, as the temp varies about 5 degrees one way or another.
Nights are cool. Afternoons can be a little windy/breezy. Overall, we love it.
