OK for the Midwest - 7/17/2006
Not a bad, small suburb of a mid-sized city(Dayton). Good cultural with a city-owned outdoor performance area that attracts national names on summer tours. Good schools with strong community support. Primary drawback is winter weather with too much cold and not enough snow to make it worthwhile.
