Jacksonville, NC cost of living is good - 9/29/2010
I've lived in CT, Hawaii and this area of North Carolina has a low cost of living and the people are nice here. The crime rate is lower than a big city and this area is growing all the time. Many newly built homes & apartments and the shopping and dinning is good.
