9/12/2006I have lived in Bloomingdale, IL. since 1973 and have moved around the same neighborhood 4 times, all about in a 4 block radius, all have been 3 bedroom townhomes with association fees...etc.
I have a son and daughter in law in Rogers, Arkansas whom we visit several times a year. As soon as my wife can pull herself away from the great job she has here, we plan on moving to the Rogers/Springdale, Ark. area(within the next 4-5 years.
I found the comparisons between Rogers and Bloomingdale very helpful and on the plus side for us when we looked at the real estate values and property taxes.
Great website and fantastic stats.
