LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Chandler! -
9/8/2017I really love living in Chandler. I love the friendliness of the city. Don't let our making the most snobby city list detour you from moving here, that list was based on salaries, home prices, number of private schools, and lack of fast food restaurants. I actually think the home prices in Chandler are quite reasonable. There are lots of wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Chandler. Good schools. Can't beat the weather. After living here the only place I would relocate to would be France :)

Outsiders Not Welcome! -
9/8/2017If you are not originally from Martinsville - DON'T MOVE THERE! It is the most unfriendly, racially bigoted, cliquish "community". We built a home there, in an upscale community, and regretted our mistake instantly. We selected this location as it was an easy commute to both Indy & Bloomington, but the people... It's only a 20 minute drive from Bloomington but a world apart. Think - undereducated, provincial, and extremely conservative. I cannot caution people enough about Martinsville. I forgot what it was like to live in a community of educated, socially conscious individuals until we moved out of Martinsville.
