I thought the question you posed about knowing what a gang member is was kinda silly! A gang member is a member of gang that hold territory for stupid reason or for the drug sales that are done in that area.
There are several gangs in Oklahoma. Many of them are hispanic gangs that are working for drug cartels in Mexico. Just because you say you haven't seen gang members does not mean you understand how gangs work here. If you want to see the result of gang activity in Oklahoma come to Oklahoma City and I will show you all the graffitt they leave while marking their territory like a dog urinating on a tree. If you are lucky enough to avoid it in Ada then breate a sigh of relief! The hispanic gangs tend to be more ruthless in the crimes they commit. But as with a gangs thier way of thinking is why work when you can steal it. It would be in our country's best interest if they outlawed gangs and being a gang member!
I am sorry you do not like it here. Oklahoma is a great state. Our crime rate is much lower than states like California
