housing, no jobs and cost of living expenses -

I have a daughter and granddaughter, she doesn't have a job or a place to live, she has looked everywhere, her daughter is with a relative of the father's she has been everywhere to look for a job and she can't get any financial help in which to find a decent place to live, and is living in a mission cause she was evicted for the third time. cause she didn't have the
money to pay rent. she has no where to turn what does she do.
