High Costs of Living Here - 7/20/2009
Livermore is a medium sized city near the Bay Area of California and has a lot of the smaller town charm; however, like everything in this area, the cost of living is very high. Everything from groceries to housing is more expensive than in other places I have lived. I'm hoping to leave here soon and find a less expensive place to live (I'm retired now) and also with more precipitation as I would like to see some green instead of California's brown barren hills and valleys.
