Living in Landenberg, PA. -
4/1/2012Landenberg is a lovely, quaint small town but not a good place to live. The street signs are all full of Graffitti, kids or gangs go out at night and vandalize homes, cars, schools, ect. There is a lot of robbery by breaking and entering homes via closed windows and doors. The town (Franklin Township) does not have a local police, so people have to depend on the PA State Troopers to patrol the area, which is not an easy job if you are a State Trooper to also worry about a small town. Taxes are high, people are not friendly, and shopping and restaurants are far. All this said, I wish we had known all of these before moving to this area.
