Coastal Breezes in Wine Country -
1/29/2022I've lived in Lompoc since 2007 (14 years). The military transfered us here and this is where we chose to retire because we LOVE LIVING HERE! The weather is perfect; never freezing, never sweating-hot. There is no need for an air conditioner, as summer days are in the high 70's to low 80's, with soothing coastal breezes. This is wine country, therefor food and wine are part of the culture. And, the vinyards are part of your daily scenary. Some of the best hiking, biking and horseback riding in the world is RIGHT HERE. Oh, did I forget to mention surfing?! Gorgeous views, beautiful sunrises & sunsets, calm culture, no traffic congestion...combine together to make Lompoc a wonderful place to live.
