Impossible to beat real estate market! -
12/22/2023I moved here from Monterey Park, CA. upon my retirement. I enjoyed Monterey Park, but that really was my wife's choice. I prefer the peace and quiet of Clinton, and here I could afford the house that I always dreamed of at a fraction of the cost of California or even Conway, Arkansas.
If you have been concentrating on the home and community more that excitement and entertainment, I highly recommend Clinton. As a movie lover l am glad they have the Twin Cinema, and the multiplex or Imax is just 45-90 minutes away. But I have a 180" 4k projection system with Atmos that is more than adequate for my personal needs. All thanks to the incredible affordability of Clinton real estate. Did l mention the indoor pool? The 1.5 acres? Well under $300k? For me this is a dream come true, and I had been looking for a property in Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, etc. for over a decade.
If you are HOUSE hunting, this is the Location, Location, Location!
