Your site states it is not a good time to buy a home in Lake Placid because home prices are down. Wouldn't that be the perfect time to buy?

South Florida definitely has the best weather but that comes with a price. I'm retiring to the wide open spaces of Lake Placid. Cost of living is lower and home prices, taxes and insurance are much lower than south Fl.
Hey, if it doesn't work out I can always move back.
