Beautiful, rural, and inexpensive -
1/4/2023I was born and raised in this town and have decided, after having traveled around the world, it is still a wonderful place to be. This is where I will retire. It's a very small, unincorporated 'town', which means there are no city taxes. Great! There are also no city parks or facilities, just a post office, charter school, store, hotel and a couple restaurants. If you need lots of amenities or easy access to services, this isn't the place for you. If you don't mind driving 30-50 miles for stores, this is a great place. Clean water and air and immediate access to wilderness makes me love this place.
