A beautiful peaceful East Bay affluent residential community with a small charming downtown set among rolling hills along freeway 680 inland from Oakland and Berkeley. Perfect cool mornings, warm afternoons, low humidity weather. Next to Mt. Diablo State Park. Less expensive than Marin or the SF Pennisula but still costly. Minimal retail yet good middle and high end shopping 10-20 minutes distant in Walnut Creek.
