4/6/2009Gladia, the nicest word I can think of to describe you is "delusional." You really should try to get out of the house more often. You might wonder why there are hundreds (probably thousands) of restaurants with al fresco dining spaces, very often crowded with people enjoying the outdoors. You might wonder why literally millions of people comfortably attend outdoor events in Houston each and every year: Miller Outdoor Theater, Discovery Green, Art Festivals, countless ethnic festivals, golf tournaments, Mitchell Pavilion, parades, and on and on and on. The temperature is simply NOT "usually hot" It is simply NOT accurate to say that the humidity is high, "even when the temp is moderate". Personally, we throw our windows and doors open at home very often, and it's quite lovely.
