Grew up in this area - 3/15/2017
My parents moved to jay when I was 11 y/o. Admittedly the worst move of their life. The people are ignorant and racist. The school tolerates bullying because it is out of control and the parents of the kids who bully are no better than the kids. My parents had the good sense to send my brothers and I out of the area to school so we went on to college. There is a great deal of what people would define as white trash in Jay. People who promote generational welfare. They don't mind working for cash as they don't have to pay taxes while stealing everyone else's tax payments into the welfare system. You see Parents and Grandparents grooming their kids for a life of food stamps, ssi, unemployment...It is sick!
