I am a married woman living in Los Angeles (Sunland/Tujunga) Grew up in Santa Monica, during mid-life crisis moved to the Foothills and loved the area and the first person I met was my Husband of 7+ years. We are looking to get out of California, but not too far. Thinking about Northern Nevada, Southern Utah is a place we both love. Hoping to retire, our home is almost paid for. We are realists and I am too young to completely retire so this is why i am looking forward to exchanging info and ideas with like minded people

Sunland/Tujunga near La crescenta - 7/6/2013
possibly one of the best places to live in LA County in my opinion, Sunland/Tujunga is about 30-45 minutes from virtually everywhere you might want to be such as: beach, downtown LA, mountains (back yard), Burbank, Glendale, Disneyland etc. It's a slower environment that makes you feel like you don't live in Los Angeles. Even though we love the part of Los Angeles we live in, we want to re-locate so I invite anyone in Northern Nevada (Reno/Sparks area), Southern Utah (ST George, Cedar City) to give me any info they love about their community.
