eclectic town in the middle of the desert -
9/25/2007went to crossroads, a local restaurant in town, and ran across some folks who are relocating to joshua tree from south carolina. they were in town to go to the art gallery opening....3 of them!!! on this little strip of desert, 3 art gallerys were opening! i love this town and am thinking of relocating there myself

6/12/2007new braunfels looks like a beautiful place....so does the place i live in calif where my mortgage is too high, gas is too high, jobs are limited and i'm tired of being strapped for cash!!! so, tell me, is it really a good place to relocate?

5/23/2007beautiful in the summertime, zowie, would not want to be anywhere else. the cost of living nickels and dimes you to death. one cable choice (expensive), at least 20 cents more per gallon of gas, shopping limited, jobs limited, property taxes more expensive than norm, utilities higher than norm..come up to live with lots o money, otherwise, just visit!!!
