4/22/2012Hello all,my husband & I are considering moving to Longwood FL from Mass in the spring 2013.I have done a good amount of research on the area but still have a couple of ?'s.Where is the closest beach? is there a good amount of jobs in the area? my husband & I both work retail/customer service but I have also done office work.It seems like there is a lot of things for families to do and Disney seems to be only about 30 minutes away.Is there certain areas to stay away from? So far every website I have looked @ regarding longwood has postive comments.We have never visited the area but plan on doing that soon before we make the move but like what we have seen so far.

4/17/2010I was born and raised in Newburyport,I have moved away several times but always seem to end up back here since I have kids and my entire family still lives here and every time I come back I really wish I didn't as it very exspensive to live here alot of people commute to and from Boston where you can make the money.Also there is not much for the kids to do and it is very yuppy and snobby.
