I am married. My children are grown. I attend Power Of Change Christian Church in Cahokia, Illinois, a non-denomination, multi-cultural church. My hobbies are gardening, preserving foods, flowers, birdwatching, sewing and reading. I have a prayer room in my house and a small supply of various bibles for others as well as many children's books. I am active in church ministries: Watchmen Prayer Ministry - intercession, Hospitality Ministry - assisting the Elders at Communion, Marriage Ministry - decorating, Angel Food Ministry - where anyone can purchase food at lower cost, and I volunteer with other ministries. I have a heart for the hungry and homeless. My grandchild number 12 was recently born. I desire to meet the people of Marissa and discover its personal history as well as its published history.
