6/7/2006Great community, close to everything, great schools, has a shopping center, pools, a lake. Mountain views. Within the city limits of Frederick yet a rural feel too.

6/7/2006Great town. Within an hours drive of D.C. and Baltimore (depending on traffic!), at the apex of the two roads between them. Best of both worlds with a small town feel, but great downtown flair with shops and restaurants. A beautiful parklike setting downtown with waterfront restaurants. Great for families too...within 15 minutes of tons of state parks, close to the "country" atmosphere with mountain views, yet with an urban feel downtown if you'd prefer.
