7/1/2006Weather good, air quality moderate, water quality and quantity good, close to good medical, low crime, earthquake risk, no hurricanes, minor tornadoes rarely, traffic heavy related to work hours, housing costs high, close to entertainment centers and universities, selection of restaurants moderate to good, access to beach, mountains for skiing, desert for even more sun.
