I am an RN, married for 44 years with 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren (so far). My husband and I are investigating areas where we may want to retire. He retired last Spring and I am thinking of retiring within the next year. Three of our children and their families are in the Southwest US, so that will probably be our main area of focus.

Range of seasons - 12/27/2009
Spring is beautiful, mild days, cool nights; Summer can be mild to very hot with moderate to high humidity; Autumn is mild usually until the end of October; Winters can range from moderately cold to wind chills in the negative double digits.
